Top View Cottage is a well appointed self-catering holiday cottage, situated in the heart of Boulmer Village in Northumberland and right on the coastline. Boulmer beach is just a couple of hundred yards away and a short walk to the north brings you to Sugar Sands and Howdiemont which are simply two of the best beaches Northumberland has to offer.

Entrance Porch, Bedroom 1 = Double; Bedroom 2 = 1 Single + Cot, Shower/Wet room including double shower cubicle (no bath in property), hand basin and wc.

Upstairs
Accessed by a steep staircase, (something to be aware of with small children). Open plan living area with fabulous sea views, 2 seater sofa & chairs, flat screen digital TV. Wi-Fi internet access. Breakfast bar. Kitchen area with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Sea views from windows. Cloakroom with WC, hand basin & toilet.

Externally
Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden to 2 sides with patio and garden furniture. Electric panel heating throughout (individually controlled).

All electricity, bed linen and towels are included in rent.

This very attractive brand new detached property is positioned just metres from the beach and extensive coastline in the fishing village of Boulmer and has “upside down accommodation” to take advantage of the fantastic sea views from the upstairs seating area. A path along the side of Top View Cottage opens directly onto the beach where one can walk for miles up and down the heritage coastline.

There is a bird hide on the beach for keen bird watchers and the village pub, (The Fishing Boat Inn), with an excellent restaurant is a short walk away. Top View Cottage also makes good use of solar panel heating for hot water.
