Boulmer (pronounced ‘Boomer’) is a quaint, small fishing village located on the Northumberland coast, about 6 miles east of the market town of Alnwick. As one of Northumberland’s last truly authentic fishing villages, Boulmer has remained largely unchanged for over a century and is the ideal spot for birdwatching, walking, cycling and photography enthusiasts.
